Unique Qualities

I combine both clinical and creative practices and my therapeutic approach is integrative, client-centered, behavioral and holistic; a mind/body/spirit approach. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I use art therapy, psychodrama, guided imagery, coaching, eco-psychology, and EFT / thought field therapy techniques. My style is nurturing, interactive, direct, and compassionate.

Our primary focus working together is on the here and now, with an emphasis toward the future. People often make peace with the initial issues that brought them to therapy, gain new insights, and discover tools to use for life. With over 20 years experience, I offer a safe, supportive environment where clients move through challenging times and feelings, finding the motivation and solutions to live vital, healthy, authentic lives.

Professional Passion

My professional passion is helping you feel fully alive. I love watching people strengthen as they open up to the sometimes forgotten, always valuable, hidden archives inside.

Eco-psychology; Using nature and the seasons as a strategic, living resource for inspiration and change.
